Further delays for Toby

Aaaggghhhh,

Will we ever get this out before we go to France - it's not looking good, which has its own financial implications - and it may be that I'm not first to market - which would be disastrous.

However I'm reminded that the original ipod project nearly failed with 6 weeks to go and the assembly lines built because they couldn't get enough playing time out of the batteries.

Glass trees

These are beautiful. But most of the other glass sculptures from this story miss the mark. I'm still interested in the idea of an artificial forest in a plaza or something where the trees commnicate with each other - but I was never sure what the 'trees' would look like.

End of the world?

DON'T try and tell me you wouldn't think something truly cataclysmic was about to happen if these clouds gathered above your head.

Calibrating your Gaydar

Which friends would you choose to calibrate your Gaydar? Who is straighter than straight, or gayer than gay? Of course you've got to take in whether they are denying their hetero/homo side.

5 a-side memories

I miss playing 5 a-side with fatso united.

I was reminded this week that it used to make me laugh when we played on a team against Woody. There is something faintly humiliating about chasing a man at full pelt whilst shouting "I've got wood" LOL.

Link roundup

It been a while since I did one of these.

Unintentionally sexual comic book covers.

Underwear, but not as we know it.

A How-to in writing personal ads.

The best trick ever.

'Auntie Cool' does it in cruisewear.
